Smart Ships Coalition Participates in Autonomous Horizons Demonstration Event

The development and production of smart and autonomous maritime technology is a major growth opportunity for the region. In July, the Smart Ships Coalition participated Michigan’s Autonomous Horizons Maritime event, which showcased multiple types of smart and autonomous maritime technologies at the Port of Detroit. Events like these are an essential part of the Smart Ships Coalition’s work to bring smart ships developers and policymakers together to advance this emerging industry segment in the region.
